Failed to open projectsettings.ini error after crash - File Corrupted

Hi, Substance Painter crashed and now I cannot open my project file. It gives me the "Failed to open projectsettings.ini" error and exits. I spent too many hours on this mapping work and I cannot redo this from scratch. Could you please check and fix my corrupted .spp file? Thank you.
