Free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers License

Hello,
I would like to inquire about the free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers License. I have completed step 3 on this page (https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/) and have received an email. According to step 4, after eligibility is validated, I should receive an email with the redemption code and instructions. However, I have not received any communication. Should I wait longer (i already waited for 2 weeks), or is there possibly an issue with email distribution?

Okay, so apparently there was an outage last month causing issues with the e-mail distribution. Can you try to send a request once again? Let me know if you have troubles, we'll find a solution!

adobe is a joke, how is it so expensive and still manages to make such silly mistakes with an outdated site?

Hello,

I have a similar problem. Except for me, I did not even get the first e-mail from step 2 (https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/)
I did not create a new account as I already have a student Adobe ID so I submitted my e-mail adress from the ID but did not receive anything.
A classmate of mine has already done this and it worked for him
I would like to know, if there again is a problem with the email distribution or if I have done something wrong?

I,m also having the same problem, I called Adobe support and they told me to try 24-48 h later, and still not working.

How can I resend the request? When I try to redo step 2, it tells me that such an ID already exists, i get error message "Please correct errors before submitting this form". Is there a way to restart/reset the form so that I can fill it out again?

If you meant that I need to go through the verification link again, in that case, I receive an error stating "The link you followed expired or is invalid."

Start of August here, I am still having this issue. No email or anything is being sent by Adobe, looks like nothing has fixed.
