Having new problems with creating masks from alphas.

I am having a problem with creating masks from an alpha. I used to simply drag the apha onto the mesh and set it to 'mask' and it would work fine but now(possibly since an update) when i set it to mask, the cropping and size is really bad and unusable whereas when i set it to base color its fine. any help would be much appreaciated, thanks.

Correct answer Cyril Dellenbach

Thanks for details.

This is indeed the bug I was talking about. It should be solved in current release. Can you update the application?

Hi @default2ug9ps3p7brq,

Thanks for the message.

We had a previous update with a resembling issue, but it should be solved in current release.

Could you let me know which Painter's version you're using and maybe send a gif/video of the problem?

That being said, you can edit/move the Warp projection at anytime using the icons above the viewport.
