Hi, Welcome to Adobe Sales. My name is Pragya. How can I help you today?

Hello! So I am still waiting on the email for adobe substance free version for students and teacher, created an account using my .edu hoping that it'd be send there. (Went through your steps already yesterday and would be on step 3)

Pragyan
Let me check it for you.

thank you!

Pragyan
Charles, I see that you do not have any active CC All Apps student plan on your account. In order to get Substance 3d you will need to subscribe for CC All Apps.

Shall I help you with the plan?

Oh, I was looking at this website:

substance3d.adobe.com/education/

This is from you guys right?

Pragyan
Yes, this is from us.

But, if you check the FAQs, you can see that it available once you have the Creative Cloud All Apps plan under student discount.

Ah, didn't know that, rather unfortunate. I'll look into it though ty

Pragyan
Not an issue. Let me help you with it.

The price for Creative Cloud All Apps is USD 19.99+taxes per month.

We can setup the account for with a free trial period if that is helpful?

I'll consider it and I'll be informing my teacher this, for all I know, the university might have paid for accounts for students to use.

But if I need to later on I will

Pragyan
Okay, that sounds great!

is there anything else I can help you with?

Nope, ty

Pragyan
Thank you for contacting Adobe Sales, Have a nice day!

The website doesn't mention anything about requiring adobe creative cloud, as I just want the 12 month student license which to my knowledge and several other people, should be provided for free.

So asking the people on here if this is true

Hi @Charles29896684g0zp,

Thanks for the message.

You were right to ask here and I'll make it clear: you don't need a creative cloud subscription.

The point of the student license was to offer a free subscription for students and teachers. If you needed a creative cloud subscription this wouldn't be free.

I'd like to know where you had this conversation with Pragya.

Let me know.

Thank you!  I had this conversation with Pragya in the Adobe contact us, as I was contacting her trying to contact some form of support because I (still) haven't received my email in my .edu.  If you could help it'd be much appreciated.

I'd love to, but I honestly don't know very much about the subscriptions topic. What I can tell you is that we had a lot of messages like yours this week and it seems to be an issue with the website adobepartneroffer.com

On my part, I am trying to ask questions and I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer to give you. Don't hesitate to ping me if you have another question.
