help for height map

Hello, I’m encountering an issue with my height map. Every time I bake my high poly map, the topology of my low poly is visible. I’ve tried everything, from exporting to adjusting the bake settings, but I don’t understand why. I’m using 3ds Max to export my low poly, and in Substance, I get an error message that appears. Have you ever faced this issue? And do you have a solution?   [EngineBitmapLoad] Failed to decode bitmap.

Hello @theo_Antonik5053,

Could you share a screenshot of each mesh (High poly, Low poly) and the 3D view in the baking tab?

Keep me posted.

Hello Cyril, Here are the requested captures. After some research, I understood that the base_high map was like this. Is that normal? Would there be another way? If you need any further adjustments, please let me know!

You should try to smooth your LowPoly mesh normals. Otherwise, you can also send me all files at cdellenbach@adobe.com and I'll check on my end.

Best regards,
