The lighting conditions, the rendering engine, and these sorts of changes influence how the 3D object will look. With that being said, I advise to check that the other maps (metallic, roughness, etc.) are set up properly, in order not to wrongly affect the Base Color.
You can also check directly the Base Color bitmap and see if there's an issue with it.
