hi guys, SP is not able to open my file after it crashed

i am getting this error message

    Hi ​@seyfe,

     

    Unfortunately, it means that your .SPP file is corrupted. This can happen when force quitting the application or with crashes. I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do about it.
