How can I do that invisible fill layer when I drop hls filter in layer stack?

When I drop a filter to my layer stack it creates a sort of invisiable  fill layer with actual filter modifying evrything what's beneath .     When I do it on my own fill layer  with same path through blending  it still override evrything .

I want  to create a material that  color part modifyes whats  " beneath" only  while still adds height.  is it possible somehow?

Hello,

When Drag & Dropping an filter in the Layer Stack, there's no invisible Fill Layer. This is in fact a simple paint Layer. Therefore, it is invisble because nothing has been painted.

If you want to edit layers underneath, and add height value separately, this sounds like a hard task for a single layer.
