How to bake a scattering on a color texture?

I want to create a texture for this mango on a flat material. environment baking filters do not solve the problem

You can visualize your basecolor only with the dropdown menu at the top right corner of your viewport. Choose basecolor, and you will see only the color. 

 

If you create a mask with your thickness on a fill layer applied to your basecolor (which you use in your flat shader) and then change to a slightly lighter and saturated color, this will give the illusion of SSS.

You could use your thickness bake to fake some sort of SSS.

Thanks, but for that I need a flat shader to remove the shadows. I didn't find it
