How to change location of Substance Painter App Data

Hey, I have a problem where Substance Painter keeps throwing files into a random OneDrive documents folder rather than the documents folder on my C drive.

It's the folder that normally contains: assets, autosave, export, icc, plugins, python, swatches, translations.

How do I change where this is being directed to?

I think it may be related to Libraries Configuration under Edit>Settings>Libraries
My default location for the "your_assets" library is set to a random weird place. I can make a new library but how can I change the location of this current one?
