Hi at least for the straight parts have you try the combination of keys SHIFT+LEFT has a control to draw a straight line stroke?

yes, thank you very much.
I am aware of this option and use it all the time. But in this case, I need perfect round shapes on the edges.
This is a "machine" precise cut or shape, with precise angles. Nealry impossible to paint by hand,

I was hoping I missed a feature inside painter, like a spline tool that would allow you to create such primitive shapes?

Infortunately, not, we need to add new functionality for that. Nevertheless you can use some tools based on baked maps to do it.
