How to make a steel material

Hey, I dont know if this is the ocrrect place to make this post but im trying to make a steel material (reference included), does anyone have suggestions for how to make this? Ive been trying to mimic the material for a couple hours and im stuck, any advice or suggestions would be great!

You have posted in the Substance Painter forum. Are you trying to do this purely in Substance Painter or do you have access to Substance Designer?

i have access to designer but im not very familar with it. Im trying to do it purely in substance, ive been trying to stack grunge maps for differing color and roughness variation but cant seem to get a good effect.

May be start with the supplied smart material Steel Gun Painted. Turn the scratches layer off and start from there.

If you get stuck shout out and I'll have a look at doing something in Designer
