I am getting this mail "Your request for Substance 3D Painter is still pending after 30 days".

I am getting this mail "Your request for Substance 3D Painter is still pending after 30 days". I would like to cancel this request as I do not need the software. Could someone please assist me with this?

This is a user community forum with questions mainly answered by Adobe software users not staff (although staff members do answer some questions). You will need to contact Adobe directly your account query.
