I am having compatible issues with Substance painter

My Windows specifications are:
  • Edition: Windows 11 Pro
  • Version: 23H2
  • Installed on: ‎7/‎5/‎2024
  • OS build: 22631.3810
  • Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0

I tried downloading Substance 3D Painter today after updating my OS and ensuring my PC is fully updated, but it still says the software is not compatible.

What is your video card? Are the drivers up to date? And does your video card meet minimum requirements for SP?
