I bought Substance Painter 2 Indie in 2016 - how can I access the software with that product key?

Hi - so I bought Substance painter 2 in 2016, I want to use it but the product seems migrated to be owned by Adobe these days.

... it mentions contacting adobe support for help - but it doesnt say who precisely to contact, so I ended up here in this forum.
