file:///C:/Users/Jesus/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Painter/assets/materials/synthetic_felt_rough.sbsar

Can you view the materials in Adobe Bridge? Open Bridge and steer to the folder

No for some reason I got it to work again. I opened up a new shelf folder in the main file then i re downloaded everything after a clean wipe of everything and a re install and finally only now after re downloading my huge archive can I finally be able to use my substances. Ty for your help I apreciate you trying to trouble shoot it with me but lord oh lord was this a headache!

Do they open OK if you just add your old shelf location to the library locations in Settings > Libraries ?

I did that as I read the documentation on it and it seemed ok then i get a couple that respond and the rest give me a similar error. Ive relocated the files from the old shelf to the new ones. Placed them in procedurals materials and then tried re importing them to the library shelf permantly and i get nothing really besides the flowers still showing. The flowers were the most recent downloads but the funny thing is i re downloaded a couple of the older textures to try and bring them in and they still didnt work so im stumped!

I looked at your list and I see many 1 or 2kB sbsar files. Most here are larger than that for example :

carpet_loop.sbsar 6KB here but shows as 1KB in your list
bricks_camden_blend.sbsar is 15KB here but 2KB in your list

There may be another reason for that difference but, just to rule out corruption, is it those small files that have the issue, and are they the same size in the original location?
