I have not used my Perpetual Painter and Designer for since before Substance accounts were closed

I need them back quickly for a project which can only be done a new PC, the GPU on the last PC it was on broke.

Support page said that as long as both accounts use the same email, I can retrieve the license key. I want to use those specific versions (2020 versions) so a trial is no option for me due to no backwards compatibility.

I found an official download of that version but is only asks for Substance account and licence file.

I have the licence keys already via the original emails.

you need to sign into your adobe account to retrieve perpetual product serial numbers and install files.

Thank you for being the 1st to reply but I cannot find evidence or histry of linking it with Adobe. Something that only someone with Adobe can answer. I need an access file backup to allow me using that version as that is the only way which only Adobe can do.

you must use the same account used to purchase from or register with adobe.

are you sure you had a perpetual license and not a subscription?
