i keep having a dark spot on my model

no idea why, and nothing ive done adjusting it in blender has fixed it, need help,  the bottom of the box is grey like it has a shadow baked into the mat

    From the screenshot, it is very probably a UV issue. Make sure none are overlapping. Could you send another screenshot with 2D view?
