Is it possible to paint a 360 panorama?

Hi, I'm wondering if you can paint a 360 Panorama in Substance like you used to be able to do in Photoshop? If not, what Adobe product did that feature switch over to? I hope 360 panoramic illustrations are still possible 😛

Could you be more specific about your issue?

I'm not sure what you mean, do you want to paint an HDRI, to edit a tiling image on the x axis only?

Describing your goal and showing examples of your objectives would help me guide you.
