Is there any hope of getting an answer?

Like many of you know, the  Adobe professionals offer us fee payers no support at all. They leave it to novice people like us who are trying to learn how to use there professional sofware to sort out our issues. When we post a question, Adobe should be forthcoming with a professional answer. The answer to our questions should come from Adobe. We as a forum should be able to guide one another to an applicable professional Adobe answer to our questions. Not foraging for answers amongst ourselves. Your hope of getting an answer lies with Adobe.
