Mis modelos aparecen con textura rosa

desde que instale substance painter todos mis modelos salen con textura rosa, esto me impre pintar y hacer modificaciones, alguna solucion?

A pink shader is usually related to hardware (usually RAM) below our minimum requirement. Please check our system requirement page and let me know.
