Models Appearing Still in Low Res After Bake

Hello, so I have been struggling with this for some time now. I have been trying to bake the high res with my low res model, but the smoothness and details from the high res never bake in. This is from Maya to Substance. This is a class assignment I'm months late on! Ah! Here is a link to my files.
