Thank you for the details and the 3D models, this always greatly help troubleshooting.

 

After opening your couch_high in Blender, it appears that normals are already creating this faceted aspect.

 

 

Therefore, the low poly model will inherit normal data from the high after baking and share this faceted look.

 

First, I advise you to get rid of the sharp edges (cyan edges), make a smooth shading of your high and subdivide it.

 

 

You'll see the High Poly model will look much more right.
