my mouse cursor moves a certain distance to the right

Hello. I have a problem. I use substance 3D painter 9.0. Every time I rotate the brush or perform other manipulations with the brush using hot keys, my mouse cursor moves a certain distance to the right. I tried using different mice, the result was the same. I reinstalled, the problem was not solved. On the old allegorithmic substance painter everything works correctly. Tell me what could be the problem?

    Found the problem. I have two monitors. My main work is on the second monitor (because it is bigger), which is not the main one. If I move the program window to the main monitor (that is, the first monitor), then everything works as it should, I can do any manipulations with the brush and it stays in that place. As soon as I transfer the program to the second monitor (not the main one) again, after pressing CTRL + the left or right mouse button, the cursor moves to the right or to the left, it all depends on which side the main monitor is on.
    I don't know how to fix it globally, maybe someone will tell me. thank you. I apologize for my English, I'm from Ukraine.
