New Version Painter no longer has option to export to Stager

I updated my version of Painter. I believe it's 11.0 (has a picture of a dragon's head when you open it).  I'm using Windows 10. The option to Export to stager is no longer there in the File menu.   

I though about uninstalling Painter, then reinstall Painter.  I'm hoping there won't be an issue with the reinstall, but thought I would post my issue first.
