Nothing downloads

How am I supposed to download Substance Painter or even Creative Cloud? I'm sent a link, I click the link, the link takes me back to the page that tells me to resend the link! There's massive download buttons and not one of them downloads the software, but sends you emails and those emails send you right back.

I don't get it.
