On Steam, when launching keeps crashing

I keep getting this pop up when I launch, and the program won't load. When I click either of the buttons, it crashes it. Have re-installed the software 3X, different locations, all fail. Changed all files permissions, it's not that either.

I can't reproduce the issue on my side with macOS Catalina. Have you tried updating steam?

Could you share your setup? Do you have several screens?
