painter locking up after update

This morning I got a notice that there was a new painter update so I downloaded and installed it. It told me on startup that I needed to update my video driver so I did that. Everything was working fine until a few minutes ago. Now, every time I try to bake mesh maps it locks up on me. Even with just a simple cube.

Also, to the person who gave me a suggestion to try on making exhaust/oil streaks on a plane, thanks. I’ll give it a try.
