That's okay, no need of the .spp, the issue comes from the noise. The 3D Perlin Noise shouldn't be used with the Tri-planar projection, because it already uses the Position map to apply it in 3D.

 

You should either use the basic Perlin Noise with Tri-planar Projection or the 3D Perlin noise with a simple UV Projection.
