PBR shader with alfa blending and anisotropy

I am making an object where I have both semitransparent parts as well as parts that need anisotropic effect. 
And it seems that existing PBR shaders can have either transparency or anisotropy, but not both at the same time. Are there any ways to have them both& Now I have to swith shaders while texturing.
