Hello

I have an anoying issues with the new Substance Painter 3d.
When I trie to import my older Smart Materials, Substance Painter takes ages, does not response anymore and eventually crashes.

Anyone with the same problems?  Did I miss something? Is Substance 3d not compatible with the prior versions?
Or is this maybe another AMD GPU Bug?

Thanks for any support on the case....
Regards,
Roger

Hello
I've got a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and the driver Version is 21.06.1...

Please make sure to update to the latest version, that should solve your issues: AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 XT Drivers & Support | AMD

Hi, would you be able to share this smart material?

Yes, of course,

here some examples

Sometimes I can import the materials. But if I want to assign it to the object, the hourglass comes up for ages and never finishes till I  have to cancel Substance Painter 3d.

thx

Thanks, those work fine for me. What is your current AMD driver version?
