Problem to launch substance and crashes with a R clic

Hello,

I need you because I have big problems with my Substance (2021 and 2020) bough on Steam on december, this is a perpetual licence
The soft doesn't lauch everytime and to solve this problem, I have to go the the registry editor and delete Adobe and Allegorithmic files in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER This is my only "solution" for the moment (find on substance Website) but afeter using Substance for a few minutes, it stop working and crash with a simple Right clic...
My Nvidia Geforce has the Pilote Studio 462.59
Can someone help me ?
