Quick mask

When we press "Y" button we can use "quick mask"

And as i know i can define this mask manually mainting it using a brush

CAN I BAKE AMBIENT OCCLUSION MAP AND CONVERT IT TO QUICK MASK??????

You can use the ambient occlusion as a regular layer mask, but the quick mask only allows painting said mask.
