Recreate Material

Hello,

I want to recreate this material in Substance Painter 3D,
I know how to create materials, but I don't know which things was used for this material.

Hi, its really hard to tell from the images, but it kind of  looks like a dark color fill layer using a  + height value, that is being masked by a fill mask like ''Grunge Stains Spots''
and underneath it has a medium roughness yellow fill layer.
