Reset all settings

Hey guys. How can I resete all settings in substance painter? Even after reinstall some settings (for exmaple viewport background colour) are not reset. 

OS: Win 11 21H2; Substance painter 7.4.3 build 1610 Steam Edition

    Well, at least the background color setting is saved at registry:
    \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\General

     

    I don't know if it is safe to delete that.
