.spp file not loading

Hi,

 

When I try to load my project.spp file I recieive this error message:

 

[Scene 3D] Unable to open file "".
[Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene.
Unable to open file "".

 

Any help would be hugely appreciated, there's a lot of work in this one file. Thank you.

To clarify, it was a .SPP file you had already work with? Or a file you've downloaded? Could you share the project? If so, you can send it at cdellenbach@adobe.com with a link to this thread and I'll try to take a look.

Hello @garytcb,

 

The file is unfortunately corrupted and if from time to time we're able to save something out of it, this time even our "debug app" crashed with this .SPP file.

 

Is it the first time such a problem occured on your end or did you face the same issue with other projects?
