I can't see anything resembling subsurface scattering, what do you think?

All my settings are below

I'm using Macbook M2 Pro

Could you send me the project at cdellenbach@adobe.com with a link to this thread? I'll investigate on my end, and check whether something is missing in the project, or if there's an issue with MAC M2.
