Steam license special upgrade price only available until Dec 1st?

Hi,

I already own a Painter 2021 steam license and now that the 2022 version is launched I see my 50% discount special price for upgrading to the 2022 version on steam. My question is: Is that upgrade discount only available during the current sale period (until December 1) or is still available after that date (for previous steam versions owners)? Thanks!
