Strange trying to Install Substance Integration Integration Tool addon

Hi, I was trying to install the addon in Blender via the standard way (install the .zip file)

However, it went this way.

Pic1:  So, I pointed the install to the .zip file.

Pic2: It installed it as the dialog states.

Pic3 Nothing refreshed in the prefrerences, and the addon did not seem to install since pressing N does not make it show.

Any suggestions?
