student authentication email not arriving

I entered my email on this page and waited for a day but I never received an email.

It wasn't in the spam folder either.


When I tried to enter the same email again today

I got an "adobe UniqueID already exists" error

so I tried entering Proton's disposable email.
However the email didn't arrive.

 

How can I get emails? Is it faster to call customer service?

Hey,
I have the same problem for over a year now. I tried customer service, but they either ghosted me or tried to convince me to just pay for it.
Because of that, I will use other tools. I am already paying for the creative cloud and can't afford another subscription.

But did you find a way to receive the email?

Yes I solved this problem.
I contacted the Adobe Assistant. (https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html)

me: I couldn't receive the verification email
adobe: you should contact indentit-e.
I asked Adobe to let me know the result after they made an inquiry on my behalf.

The product code has been issued through the responsible team.

 

I also contacted Identit-e directly by email, but in the end, they did not resolve the issue.
