Student license Gmail did not recived

I submitted a request for Substance 3D educational access without creating an account. I later created one with the same Gmail, but now I can't verify because it says the email already exists and I never received a confirmation mail also so what to do?

Thank you for details. The fact that you didn't have an account when requesting the license could be the problem. Sorry to ask, but have you checked your Spam section? If so, can you DM me the e-mail you used for the Educational license?
