Substance 3D for Students and Teachers License Renewal

It seems like the renewal process should be straightforward, but I'm having some trouble. My product expired today and when I try to renew it, the signup page is telling me to go to step 2 if I have an Adobe ID. After entering my ID, it tells me that it already exists. I'm a bit confused. Can you help me figure out what I'm missing?

    Hello,

    I had the same issue, so I talked to an Agent in adobe support. What I was informed to do was enter my university email address in the box asking for the Adobe ID. After entering my university email instead of my main adobe account, the request was sent through. Now I am just waiting for the email if I can get a new code or not.

     

    I was told that the issue was because I had already redemed one of the codes with my main adobe email, so I think you can only get 1 code per email, however I could be wrong.

     

    I know this does not have a ton of information, but maybe it will help.

     

    Summary:

    -use school/university email in AdobeID box

    -enter that code, if you recieve it, under your main Adobe account
