Substance 3D Painter - Can't pan using Pen, EKR on Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 - Mac OS 13.2

Wacom Tablet settings/features on Mac OS don't seem to allow me to PAN using Substance 3D Painter. Have to resort to the mouse to PAN, then use the pen, etc

FYI: The Wacom Tablet settings/features for panning work for Maya.

 

Any ideas please?

Also, after further discussion with the team, it seems the Wacom feature for panning has already caused some issue to other users on various software.

 

I'd advise you to try the different options @Muhammad291421812wzw gave you, and I'll even add one: try the feature in multiple software, especially if you have other Substance licences.

 

But if any of those solutions work, you may want to switch the Wacom panning shortcut inside Substance 3D Painter to Ctrl + Alt,which is the native shortcut for panning inside Substance Painter, and let you pan inside the menus as well.

This definitely sounds like an annoying issue.

 

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce the issue on our side. Have you already downloaded the latest driver update? Have you tried to change the shortcut?
