I started my trial period but I get an error and cannot run the program. Anyone know why?

Hi

Try this.

1. Close Substance 3D Painter

2. Sign out of the Adobe CC desktop application.

3. Close the Adobe CC desktop application

4. Restart your PC

5. Open the Adobe CC desktop application

6. Sign in to your account within that CC desktop application

7. Open Substance 3D Painter
