substance painter didn't shut down correctly

Hi, 
I have substance painter 2018.2.3 indie version. I was getting log in error and when I reinstall the version, it keep showing me the following window. Does any know how to fix this. I tried removing left over data after uninstalling it.

Hello, I am frequently getting this window when starting Substance Painter, even after I explicitly close Painter and there is no crash. I'd appreciate some ideas as to why this is happening. Thank you!

Could you please share more information so? 

Did you submit the crash report? If yes, with which address?

Otherwise, have you checked the specs requirements?

Thanks for the reply.
I just submitted the report again. I don't know what do you mean by "which address"?
It was running a while ago on same system. I don't know what changed. I tried to go back to the lower version but issue occured.
