Substance Painter freezing on Launch

Question

Substance will not start no matter what i do.

Alienware Aurora R11

nividia geforce rtx 3080

128gb ram

8gb gpu ram

No matter which version i downlad whether it is 7.2.2 or 7.2.1 It will not get past launch the screen stays white and eventuallly goes to (not responding.) I really need help resolving this Issue it didn't start happening until i downlaoded the adobe versions of the Substance Suite.

My Driver is 100% upto date

So the Issue is not that it wont launch it's apparently the second monitor that it wont start on. If i move it to my second monitor and close it it will not launch again. but if i close it on the main monitor it will launch.
