Substance Painter hangs forever at 50% during baking and doesn't progress.

Ihave tro alt canc to stop the program as even cancelling doesn't take it out of the baking window.

Now I am willing to send the files i am trying to bake via pm to but I would like to understand why this is happening as its delaying a lot my work ...
