Substance Painter keeps crashing on Launch

When I Launch substance painter from the launcher I get an error that says Substance hasn't been shut down properly and asks for my email to send a crash report. I've tried everything but it just keeps crashing!

Mine crashes on launch as well, except it just closes and doent tells me anithing about why it crashed, it simply closes. :((
