Substance Painter launch issue

Hi, out of the blue Substance Painter has just started giving me the attached error. I have tried rolling it back to previous version and the results are the same. I have deleted prefs and logs with no change in results.
Got a a client deadline tomorrow, really stuck as clicking either option crashes out.

Any ideas?
