Substance painter not compatible ??

Hi i wanted to install Substance 3D Painter but its telling me that my pc is not compatible ??
i tried to update all my driver but its still not working i really dont know what to do more .. 

 

my PC : 

 

Windows
Microsoft Windows 10 Professionnel 64 bit (build 10.0.19045)
 

 

 motherboard
Micro-Star B450M-A PRO MAX (MS-7C52) 1.0 (BIOS 3.C0)
 

 

 Processor
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 3,60 GHz AM4 (AMD64 Family 23 Model 113 Stepping 0)

Considering Substance 3D Painter needs the Creative Cloud Desktop app to launch anyway, I advise you to download the app and try installing Painter through the launcher instead of the website.

OK nevermind i just had to change my browser and everything is working, 

im using OperaGX and i couldnt download anything on your Adobe site 

i used microsoft edge and everything is working perfectly ( Substance painter and Creative cloud )

OMG!!! YOU'RE A LIFE SAVER! I was also using opera and I could'nt download it! then I used edge and it worked

As you can see in our official requirement page, your computer should be able to run Substance 3D Painter. Which step of launching Substance is giving you an error?

hi thanks for your answer 

so I juste got my student substance 3d painter license but when I'm going to my adobe application on the web site > substance 3d painter I can't click the button download and it's writte "not compatible"
